The ideal accompaniment to any BBQ food! Our wood chips are made from Oak Barrels that were originally used to store cognac, whiskey, brandy, sherry, porto wine, muscat wine and red wine. To release the original favour of these wood chips, we recommend soaking in water for up to 1 hour.
